Axcen Photonics Corp. is committed to using conflict-free minerals and will not accept Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), and Cobalt (Co) sourced from conflict-affected mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or neighboring countries. We conduct thorough assessments with our suppliers, requesting them to implement equivalent policies and trace the origins of all minerals in the products they supply to Axcen Photonics Corp..

    Axcen Photonics Corp. is fully committed to its responsibilities for social and environmental protection, ensuring that no materials used in our products are sourced from conflict areas.
  2. Avoid Use of Conflict Minerals
    Axcen Photonics Corp. prohibits the use of raw materials from conflict-affected mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighboring regions, ensuring our products meet conflict-free material standards.
  3. Supplier Disclosure of Mineral Origins
    Axcen Photonics Corp. requires suppliers to disclose the sources of Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), and Cobalt (Co) used in products supplied to Axcen Photonics Corp. and to provide a "Declaration of Conflict-Material Free" and "RMI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template."
  4. Supply Chain Policy Communication
    Axcen Photonics Corp. will ask its suppliers to pass on this conflict minerals policy to their upstream suppliers to ensure that all materials supplied meet conflict-free mineral standards.
