We conduct thorough assessments with our suppliers, requesting them to implement equivalent policies and trace the origins of all minerals in the products they supply to Axcen Photonics Corp..

Axcen Photonics Corp. requires suppliers to disclose the sources of Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), and Cobalt (Co) used in products supplied to Axcen Photonics Corp. and to provide a "Declaration of Conflict-Material Free" and "RMI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template."
Supply Chain Policy Communication
Axcen Photonics Corp. will ask its suppliers to pass on this conflict minerals policy to their upstream suppliers to ensure that all materials supplied meet conflict-free mineral standards.
